While I suppose they could have gotten me on going too slow, I suspect he didn't have to want to testify in traffic court how it was that I came to do so...

EDIT: There was another time I did that, and the guy got pissed, pulled around in front of me, and did the same thing to me. I just laughed, very visibly, until the guy realized that I had no problems with going slow and he was doing to himself what I'd done.
