I've noticed. I'm just keeping quiet about it while I silently anticipate. I'll make some real noise after I've finally read the finished product. All the same, though, I'm glad that the wait is nearly over. ^_^

Ah. No, you haven't. Then you've been missing out on the earlier scene drafts we've been sending out irregularly, too.

Okay, mailing list has been updated, and I'll forward a copy of the chapter forthwith.

ETA: Sent.

I suspect that's for prereaders only...

That's correct. I have long maintained a prereaders' mailing list, where they get works-in-progress. One of the things Chris and I tried on this story
was sending the chapters one scene at a time as they were completed, rather than just dumping an entire chapter on them every X months. We still send them the
entire chapter when it's complete, so they can consider the whole thing in its entirety.

Oh, good. I'm going to be very, very busy Thursday (including being triple-booked for meetings early Thursday morning); something new to read on Friday will help a lot.

It's been a good day, even though it's been hectic. I managed to attend all three of the meetings I was supposed to this morning, that were held at the same time. I helped raise over $3500 for the United Way. I got my copy of Girl Genius book 7, and had time to read it. I can get a decent night's sleep tonight (barring unforseen intervention), because all that has left me exhausted.

I can wait one more day for DW V / OMB II chapter 6... but I wouldn't want to wait more than that, 'kay?

Ahem. It occurs to me that Comrade Kelk may have felt, since no one pestered him like the proverbial rabid crack weasels about BSBW, that no one cared. To remedy this, permit me to introduce Kasuga-san,whom I've hired to show up at irregular intervals to bother him about this Stagger.

Let us all hope this will correct the matter. Thank you for your cooperation.
