It's called Forward and it's described as centrist. Let's hope it has better luck than past attempts at third parties have had.

The electoral system does not favour multiple parties. The dominant two parties have changed over time but, I think, not for the past century and a half or more.
The beliefs of the two parties have changed significantly, though.

America is sure getting 1850s in here. A new political party made of northeasterners. Political division increasing. Each side sees the other side as un-American. Civil rights being revoked, with promises of more to come.
A referendum on the most divisive issue of the time in Kansas, and it's going to be a close vote. People already screaming about corrupt elections.
