Sorry, just can't see it, at least not for my parts. adding jjust a bit of prose to go halfway could work - Yoriko happens to be on the same big station/moon as WC and Wiregeek, she's reading and responding while hanging out in a lounge-area. Shortwave happens to pass just as Convoy has something to contribute, and doubles it a voice in person/email to the rest, Wiregeek comes across the voice convo.
I have too much veneration for plin text email to relegate it to transcripts of video attatchments for archival purposes, and sending un-requested attatchments is rude in any case, though sometimes stretching the request is tolerable.
