The only other kind of workaround I can think of, and I'm guessing wildly here with no clue as to how the legal framework would work, would be to have an office or "subconsulate" within Convention consulates dedicated to representing Stellvia. StellviaCorp is subordinate to the Convention, so it makes a kind of sense that their 'Danelaw representatives would be subordinate to Convention consulates.
