That said, they are not "Car Dealerships". Lunar Motors builds hard tech motors and chassis for other companies, while Moires is one of those "other companies" that handwave a car and, for lack of a better name, Pimp it to the client's needs.
On the rest: I absolutely love it. On the fic part about the city not done yet, take my word: That is what Bullshitting is for. By 2020, parts of Plinius Crater "greenery" are still lichens, and at least 20% of the houses and palaces are actually empty shells used only for decoration -but of coure the Marduk Tourism Board only ever shows the forests, vineyards and inhabited parts when talking to the press.
Besides, your guys are NERV. Telling the full truth to the press is like, wrong, man.
