[RFC] Hidden Asteroid symbol
[RFC] Hidden Asteroid symbol
#1
Part of something I've been working on to get past writers block on the Mystery involves ninja from Hidden Asteroid.

As a significant part of the influence for Hidden Asteroid comes from Naruto, it would seem to make sense that at least some of the ninja to wear forehead protectors as in the source.  While a lot of these would be ones from the various villages in Naruto, I think it would also make sense for Hidden Asteroid to have it's own symbol.  I've come up with four so far, but if someone has another idea, please include it.

Anyway, my four possibilities:

1. [Image: comet.jpg]

2. [Image: blank.jpg]

3. [Image: black.jpg]

4. [Image: asteroid.jpg]

I'm partial to one, the stylized comet/meteor, myself.  What do you think?

I'm partial to the stylized comet myself. I'm not sure if that specific desgn works - might be a little too simple - but something along those lines, sure.

I could add some more details, maybe some spikey bits around the comet head, make it look like it was on fire, or something.

I would like to end up with something that you can recognize from a relatively small comic panel, and that isn't too difficult to draw.

I will point out that a lot of the source villages have pretty simple designs.  Ame's is just four vertical lines for example.

I could see some adopting an eight-arrows-of-chaos symbol.

Or those with a Jusenkyou-esque biomid with a yin-yang.
