Fnord has most of the right of it.
It'll take 20 hours for a message to get back from Arcadia. If we're doing this above board, we can't move until we get official confirmation but that should be here in an hour or so if Lun isn't having trouble (again) with its interwave array. The problem we're having is we've gotta do this all above board or it's just going to get shot down. It's all chickenshit legal stuff.
If we don't make it, we'll play those cards as we get 'em. We've got a few still to play. So far everything that's been done is perfectly legal.
This was supposed to be an arrangement with mutual benefit. Frigga got Millenium membership and all the boosts to the economy and settlement, while the Millenium got a steady supply of heavy metals for Bristol yards without going to the bother of prospecting for and developing their own black rock.
Anyway, we remain committed to our future in the Crystal Millenium. Nobody here's going to run around screaming 'The Blueskirts are coming, the Blueskirts are coming' or something like that. Guys, we just want the rights we signed up for, that's all. We met our responsibilities. We've done it all above board. We're ready to work with Kayabuki when she's ready to work with us, and the offered 'compromise' isn't just "And the MP will move their residence to Frigga for the duration".
I better not say anything more because words tend to get twisted fairly hard very quickly.
