Okay, I know it's time for a respec, even if just to get Hover instead of Air Superiority (and probably drop Manuevers to be able to slot Hover properly).

I feel like I'm over my depth here - next time you see Gen in game, have her kick Vyperpunk for advice on this, she may be able to contribute more
constructively than I can.

Generically speaking, though, yes - ditch Air Soup for Hover, but keep manuevers! It's _delicious_.

Healing Aura - let's frankenslot this for End/Rech/Heal. Add the End/Rech/Heal triple (at max level available) from Doctored Wounds and from Miracle, and
we'll be vigorously bashing our reproductive organs against the ED limits on all three attributes. (You could probably steal a slot from there, if you
upgrade the Numinas set to all 50s)

Neutrino Bolt - Devastation! It's cheap, it's effective, and gimme that 12% regen (and noone gets hurt). 4 pieces of that and a Defense Debuff _IO_,
and we're set.

X-Ray Beam - Neutrino Bolt's bigger, slower brother. Same slotting.

Irradiate - I'm gonna leave the Scirrocos' alone, and reach WAY back into the bag for Exploited Vulnerability, which, since it tops out at 20, should
go into the first two slots (during a respec), and gives us some delicious accuracy

Heal Other - Big Numbers, NO WHAMMY! Upgrading the Numinas to 50 (I approve of Numinas) will help, frankenslot as per Healing Aura - Miracle and Doctored
Wounds heal/rech, puts us further into ED than the original slotting does.

Resurrect - lose the Range. not your problem. It is a person's DUTY to die at the feet of their empath, or not at all. *scowl*. I'd reclaim the slot,
but if you keep the slot, put moar rech red in.

Recall Friend - the Devastation will allow you to lose the T&A Manipulation from this power, and replace with a pair of +Range IOs, or alternatively,
+range and +rech (The Pook runs with 2x +Range for the Shard). Having this power also allows you to ignore Range considerations in Resurrect.

Hover - problematic, this. You could easily use nine or ten slots here. lose a slot from Fly, lose two slots from Manuevers, lose one slot from Adrenaline
Boost, and slot LOTG 7.5%, LOTG Def, LOTG Def/End, and a pair of Fly IOs. (All IOs are pretty fly, though ; )

Fly - lost the Freebird End and replace with a Fly IO. Lose the Fly IO slot and stuff into Hover.

Proton Volley - Lose the Interrupt Duration, stuff Scirrocos' Acc/Dam/End/Rech in there (it makes everything better!). I like the Sting of the Manticore
slotting for set bonus.

Recovery Aura/Blue Candy - Stuff the last non-proc Performance Shitter in here for 2.5% global damage and slightly faster recharge.

Fort - Nothing to say here, until you can replace your LOTG setup with 7.5%, Def/Rech.

CM - upgrade to Rech IO

Electron Haze - get the Posis set up to 50 and you'll see some stat improvement. Finish the Posi's set and you'll see more. (Eliminate the proc and
replace it with the Purple Proc and you'll see more happy).

Regen Aura/Green Candy - I was gonna gut this until I noticed the 5% Heal global. I'd swap Miracle: Heal for Miracle: Heal/End, and Frankenslot
Numina's or Doc. Wounds End/Rech in on the last slot.

Cosmic Burst - Gonna go against my earlier statements and drop Devastation from this (WHAT?.. well, we've capped out on 5x 12% regens.. no sense being
wasteful!) We're gonna hop sideways to Thunderstrike, and get slightly better stats, 2% recovery, 7% accuracy, and some defense crap.

Manuevers - _personally_, I'd stuff LOTG 7.5, LOTG Def/End, and Gift of The Ancients Def/End in the remaining three slots here, and call it good. You may
want a second opinion.

Adrenaline Boost - With the slots robbed for Hover, this changes. Gonna muddle around with the Doctored Wounds set, and lose Doc Wounds: Heal, in trade for
Heal/Rech

Neutron Bomb - Posi's blast for the Recovery, and for better stats (I appear to have a lot lower threshold for 'accuracy' than many people, so
YMMV).

Atomic Blast - If you can't slot the powers you have, IO the slots you got... or something. Scirrocos' has a nice Dam/Rech IO, or an Acc/Dam, or an
Acc/Rech.. replace it with the purple triple Acc/Dam/Rech in the Glorious Future Where We're All Rich.

Power Build Up - lose the To-Hit, grab the to-hit/rech from Gaussian's.

Conserve Power - RECH. If you need it, you'll need it more often, not more harder.

Absorb Pain - lose this power, IMO.

Temp Invul - NEAT. no changes to make, this was a surprise to me, and it's quite cool. If you can slot this, let's talk about resistance uniques...

Playstyle with Rhea is very definitely the combat medic mentality -- she'll happily zot stuff all day long, but as soon as someone starts to get nailed
she's on it like *that*. The heals are priority one; survivability two; damage output third. She's not a blaster and she knows it. Smile

I have to admit to being surprised at hearing you say lose Absorb Pain, considering how many times it's saved Pooky and Mag (and Emet, and Terrence...
Gamma... Cyberman... Net... the entire cast of the Muppets...)

Absorb Pain is my UberHeal. I haven't slotted it, granted, but that's because it doesn't NEED slotting, IMO; it's my ace in the hole as far as
heals go, not the everyday steady worker. It recharges pretty fast as-is, and with the global heal bonuses and Power Build Up I can crank out a 2000+ HP heal
like *that* -- which is often necessary, 'specially in STF/ITF/LGTF, to pull a tank (or anyone, really) back from faceplant. Even without Power BU I can
spit out a 1000+ HP heal.

Sure, it nails Rhea as well, but for a piddly 100 or so HP. Well worth it IMO. So I'm gonna ignore that bit of advice, unless you've got some
convincing arguments otherwise. Smile

As for the rest...

Okay, so, Devastation (incl. the chance for hold, I assume? I *likes* that proc, I does) in Neutrino Bolt and X-Ray Beam? Hmm.... sounds tasty. And Deva is
cheep, too. Considering how Rhea spams bolts and beams... *does math* I should see something like 3-4x as many holds pop. Damn, why didn't I think of that?

And on keeping Manuevers: is it really all that? I haven't noticed much from it, but that could just as well be the Kismet set. Which, I should point out,
was what I used back when Rhea was poor and couldn't afford LotG. I think I meant to fix it at some point and never did...

And as far as the lack of Health, Stamina, Swift? Yeah. Firstwise, I didn't realize those were useful at all when originally playing Rhea, and by the time
I was enlightened... she didn't *need* them. At all, really. Rec and Regen Auras both cycle fast enough that she's pretty near always buffed, and at
that point what really matters is one-shots... which will drop her no matter how fast her health regens, so the point is moot. Smile ("Oh hai Lord Recluse
AHHGAHHD!" *splat*)

The lack of Swift might hurt re: Hover, but really, I just want Hover for the additional defense it provides, and so I'm not wasting a power slot on Air
Superiority... which she hasn't used since, like, level 10. She'll Sprint like everyone else getting from fight to fight. Smile

Conserve Power is in there just to cover those (rare) instances when Rec Aura is still recharging and Rhea's been pumping out enough rads to drop her End.
The heals cost practically nothing, but those attack powers like to suck it. (Let's not go into the buffs, 'cause, damn). Rech it is.

Hmm... she's got most of what's needed already, but I'll need some more $$$ in the bank to go after those purples you mention, plus the LotG. I
think she's got enough to cover the Devastation sets and the heal set singles (Numinas, Miracle, etc -- everything except the uniques on those is pretty
cheap).

Which is all that matters. If you can get a slot into it, I'd look at a Miracle or Doctored Heal/Rech + Heal.

Manuevers is great, once you get the end consumption down. You can stuff a LOTG in it, and it is, perhaps, the archetypical Defender power. You make the team better just by being there.
