I really really need a clue here, as my 'solo' operations build needs more damage mitigation of SOME sort, and at the moment my "team" build just isnt puting out the ranged DPS I'd like to see. Far to often all my ranged attacks seem to be recharging, and this is supposed to be my "follow the Tank and zorch everything that moves ASAP" build
