Clearing out Inactive Members
Clearing out Inactive Members
#1
I know I threatened to do this many months ago and never did, but this time I'm serious. I browsing through the member records last night, mainly because of the explosion in new members over the past few weeks, and noticed that there are many people who joined up who haven't posted something in a year or more. I've decided to finally purge inactive members from the roster, probably on Thursday. So, if you don't want to suddenly find you registration for this board gone by the weekend, please at least post a reply to this message, so you display as having contributed something recently. My cut-off point will be April 2003; basically, if you've posted at least once in the last year, you're safe. If you're a lurker, consider delurking for a moment just so I don't unknowingly nuke you.
Thanks.

Adapted from a FedEx commercial:
"We need to send this post out or we're DOOMED!"
"DOOMED!"
"DOOMED"
"I'll send the post right away"
"So can you folks help me put this post on the boards?"
"Yes, we must help this woman put the post on the boards or we're... DOOMED!"
"Uh.. It's no big deal"
*Two guys looking at each other*
"She's in shock"
"The thoughts of her narrowly averted doom must have gotten to her."
"I'm going now"
"Yet another person saved from being DOOMED!"
"Yes, DOOMED!"
