The Banner is Missing

For whatever reason, the big green banner that is usually at the top of every page in the forum, and links back to the top page is missing.  There is still a link to the top page, but it is just a text link.   Here's a link to a screenshot I took:  Link

Oops, that's probably because of the change in the website. I thought I went through and set all the relevant properties to the new URLs... Okay, gotta go find that one.

As you can tell, I found it. I had ignored the Skins configuration menu, but that's where the banner was defined.
