Looking for a pure data site
Looking for a pure data site
#1
Ok I found this site called 'just facts'
justfacts.com/index.asp
it seems interesting but all its info is dated. Anyone know of a similiar but up to date site? Perferably without a far right or
far left slant?
Thanks in advance

Hmmmmm... "200+ facts on the most controversial political issue of our day", to start off a topic that's been settled for decades in almost every country on Earth. If they can't even get their very first presented "fact" right, why should I trust the rest of the site? (First impressions, and all that.)
As for other sites... Well, I usually go looking for multiple specialty reference sites on any given topic, rather than bookmarking a single reference site - that tends to be more useful to me in the long run. (However, I did websearches for a living for a few months. YMMV.) There is this site, which many people find useful...

That's why I said it was dated. Seems to have died around 2000-2002 but someone started reviving it in April I think.
Also I am backing off a little on it. seems to be more of
a conservative slant to some of the articles though the
abortion one makes a strong first impression at the start
then wanders off into republican country...
Also thanks for the site. I didn't even know they had on
online site!

Neither did I, until about a month ago...

(I just noticed - we're having a civil discussion in the Politics area. Is that allowed? )
