United to Protect Democracy (no, I haven't heard of them, either) filed FOI requests for documents that could confirm or disprove allegations that civil servants have been bullied because they worked on Obamacare or reproductive rights. DOE and HSS both failed to respond within the legally-mandated period. And the State Department wants to be paid for their response.

The FOI laws exist for a reason...

Well the next step is to file a lawsuit. But you do know that the foot dragging has just begun.
