Introducing...
Introducing...
#1
Seeing as how we have had a slight deficiency in Defenders in the group, and that Radiation/Radiation Defenders are now a mandatory element of any Giant Monster or even many AV takedowns, I decided to make one. I don't know when I'm going to find the time to level her up between playing Lora'Lai on Virtue and Stalnoy Volk over on Infinity, but I'll do my best.
I'd like to have her join up ASAP. So let me know when's a good time.
Oh yes... her name is a pun. I'm interested in seeing how many of the science inclined will get it. ^_^

Ze Pun! It burns!--

If you become a monster to put down a monster you've still got a monster running around at the end of the day and have as such not really solved the whole monster problem at all.

Well, Emi Arizona gets rerolled... AGAIN.
But it should be fun. I'm hankerin' for some controllery goodness. {nobody EXPECTS a controller to necessarily heal}

While the insane gm/av buff was in effect, I rerolled Emi from a FF/sonic to rad/rad. Since that doesn't fit, and she's at an easy level to get to, It's no big to reroll her.
Besides, once I get Khelds, the reroll takes place yet again. [Image: wink.gif]

Dude - I don't know if you've noticed this, but the insane buffs are still there. They may have backed off of the ones in the instanced missions where you can't call for help from more than 8 people. But the outdoors monsters like Lusca and the Kronos Titan are still at their insane regen levels. You HAVE to have multiple Rad Defenders working on them to bring them down.
I'd keep the Rad/Rad if I were you. You're going to be very very popular...-Logan

Cherenkov radiation.
Emitted by particles travelling faster than the speed of light. Produces a blue glow...

Actually, in keeping with the special effects of the powers and her costume, I figured that I'd stick with green.
But I was wondering about that. It begs the question - Why are all the radiation effects green instead of blue?

Because comic-book radiation is green. vis a vis: Hulk, Abomination, et al.

Which traces back to radium-powered glow-in-the-dark clock numbers and hands, which were green.
