That's the Spiked Collar. It's a Shoulder option.

And the boots are "banded" with the "fade line" pattern.

For at least one mish, yeah, but she's wearing the other stuff at least the first time you see her.

Fusionette has 3 official costumes - or models - in the game that I'm currently aware of.

The first is the simple, straight-forward non-Vanguard costume that you see her in in Faultline.

The second is the one where she has a cape and some of the Vanguard costume options. You see this one in the Rikti Warzone.

The last is a non-combat NPC only outfit. A 'Little Black Dress' number that she wears in reception area of the diplomatic function part of the mission where you protect Lady Grey from Nemesis.

(Just to be a completionist/pedant - Jim Tembler/Faultline also has 3 models. His contact look in Faultline, his combat togs in RWZ, and a Tuxedo in that same Lady Grey mission.)

This guy had a very interesting idea, to abuse Shield's Energy effects and single-arm auras. Plus he based off of some recent anime I hadn't heard of or a Tokusatsu show.
