Legendary Base Salvage/Enhancement Redux

Now, I've emptied 3 Enhancement Tables sorting all this out. The Enchancement Table in the "Control Room", the Table in the small tech workshop (where the Tech Vault and the worktable is) and the northmost rack in the large Tech workshop. My suggestion is to delete these Tables and Either add 2 Salvage Racks to the Control Room or an additional Rack to the small Tech Workshop for use for costume salvage. Shuffle the contents of the Tech And Arcane Labs so that one is Salvage and the other is Enhancements. I'd also delete one of the Vaults (we don't really need 2) to add another Salvage rack.
This will give us 6 Enhancement Tables, 6 Invention Salvage Racks, 2 Costume Salvage Racks, and 2 Inspiration Holders.
