I have no clue how they managed to pull that off. I mean, the only time I've seen a toon in that position is when their dead, yet their name isnt the red I associate with someone being down for the count...

Technically, one must know how to run and sprint before one can rest. One must know how to rest before one can walk. And one must know how to walk before they can flip out or access their inner beast. I would say that one must also know how to flip out before they can fly, but with a more recent veteran award (or if you're a Kheld), you can learn how to fly before you learn how to walk.
