As whatever is wrong at PWI seems to be at the net.router level and is affecting at LEAST both CO and STO.
There are a good 60 pages full of tracert information on the sto forums about the problem so far. *wry grin*

As STO just came back up (11:45 pst, 2:45 EST 19:45UTC) It should be fair to assume CO is now up as well.

They probably tried to "optimize" their system in expectation of the load when Neverwinter goes public, and optimized it right into the ground. Smile

STO's still got some issues. Anything with account banks takes a looooong time, zone loads are slower, fleets, the character list... and I hope it's just the exchange lagging, and not some dilithium I was selling having disappeared into the ether.

It is. It was slow all day yesterday due to the lag of everyone getting on as soon as the server came up to get started on the 3rd Aniversery goodies.
