screams power song to me.

I think this one will either grant Ninja powers to Doug, or summon a Ninja simulacrum ally.

Mm. I think I like summoning ninja better than giving Doug ninja abilities -- he can already fake being a ninja pretty well, I'd say, so no need to give him more. However, calling up a small band of ninja, like a certain toon from City of Villains we all know, might be fun.
