I hear Thunder but there's no rain

This kind of Thunder break walls and window pane

I hear thunder but there's no rain

This kind of Thunder

T-T-Thunder

T-T-Inside

T-T-Thunder

T-T-Thunder

Power - Allows Doug to create devastating thunder/sonic booms by clapping his
hands together or striking an object or person

Bad

Dicky Tum – Chris Moyles – 2:39

I got the feeling, my stomach is heaving

Boy now I'm really scared

Must have been something I've eaten

Now it's repeating

My guts are in need of repair

So now I'm in trouble

I feel the rumble

I gotta be prepared

And I know it's true, if I don't find a loo

It could go everywhere

‘Cause I need to go

And I'm scared it's about to blow

Wish I hadn't had

That chicken tikka and shish kebab

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

I'm on my way home, this journey is so long

Will I ever get there?

Seem to be walking forever, my ass ‘ain't too clever

The whole day just isn't fair

Cause I am no liar, my ass is on fire

This really ‘ain't any fun

‘Cause I need to go soon, I'm feeling marooned

In the street with a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go

And I'm scared it's about to blow

Wish I hadn't had

That chicken tikka and shish kebab

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

I just need to get me home

And sit upstairs on my porcelain throne

Even though I've lowered the tone,

Gonna blow off like a big trombone

I just need to get me home

And sit upstairs on my porcelain throne

Even though I've lowered the tone,

Gonna blow off like a big trombone

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

Bad chicken tikka I've got a dicky tum

‘Cause I need to go to the loo and I'm gonna have to run

Gotta run now, gotta go, got to get home

‘Cause my bum's about to explode

Power – Uncontrollable diaorehha is NOT useful in combat context, mmkay?

Depends

Manowar – Warriors Of The World – 5:52

Here our soldiers stand from all around the world,

Waiting in a line to hear the battle cry.

All are gathered here, victory is near,

The Sound will fill the hall,

Bringing Power to us all,

We alone are fighting for metal that is true,

We own the right to live the fight, we're here for all of you,

Now swear the blood upon your steel will never dry,

Stand and fight together beneath the battle sky!

Brothers everywhere

Raise your hands into the air

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

Like thunder from the sky

Sworn to fight and die

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

Many stand against us but they will never win,

We said we would return and here we are again,

To bring them all destruction, suffering, and pain,

We are the hammer of the gods, we are thunder, wind, and rain!

There you wait in fear with swords in feeble hands,

With dreams to be a King, first- one should be a man,

I call them out and charge them all with a life that is a lie,

And in their final hour they shall confess before they die!

Brothers everywhere

Raise your hands into the air

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

Like thunder from the sky

Sworn to fight and die

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

If I should fall in battle, my brothers who fight by my side,

Gather my horse, and weapons; tell my family how I died,

Until then I will be strong I will fight for all that is real,

All who stand in my way will die by steel!

Brothers everywhere

Raise your hands into the air

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

Like thunder from the sky

Sworn to fight and die

We're Warriors, Warriors of the World!

(repeat to fade)

Power - I see this as either a 'Summon ALL Active Warriors'
song, or a 'Create Simulacra Of ALL Active Warriors' song, both of which have
upsides and downsides. The Summon version, whilst incredibly useful if Doug
stumble across a Cosmic level threat and needs massive backup a.s.a.p., I get
the feeling it would only work in his homeplane (wasn't there something written
in an old topic to the effect that his teleport -friends-to-me or similar songs
didn't work across dimensions?), plus there's the fact the power needed to pull
it off would likely be immense. The simulacra version, we know explicitly that
summoning three or more simulacra would be murderously difficult for him from
the scenes in DW2. So unless the song had some unique loophole that would allow
it to work, I doubt he could ever use it safely under his own power. So in
practical terms, ONLY if it's the Summon version, and ONLY if he was in his own
dimension, would this be useful.

Well, if it's preceded by "I'll Play For You"...

Yes.

As per Rob, otherwise, hell no.

I know this song, and I've been thinking for a while of what to do with it. I've got a bunch of different ideas, some of them spoilers, but... I've got at least two other Manowar songs slotted for the Sailor Moon Step -- one as a power song, another as "soundtrack". Dunno what it is about Manowar, but I keep finding their songs applying nicely to the Senshi...

I could easily see the song, by title, summoning simulcra or the real thing... based on whatever world Doug happens to be IN... so Warriors in his home world, Senshi in the Senshi world, Knight Sabers in the BGC world, etcetera. It's all a matter of context sometimes.

I was going to use it as a "call to arms" song, btw, but Manowar actually has a song called "Call To Arms" which was even better for my purposes than this one.

As for simulacra, well, actually, that's a pretty good idea, Rob. Just remember -- the smarter the simulacra are individually, the more they are "people" as opposed to animated puppets, as well as how powerful they are individually, the harder it is on him to conjure them. Four top-end Warriors with their full powersets and personalities almost knocked him out. However, an entire marching band that does nothing but march and play music is much easier.

Um... That good idea is J's, not mine.

Well, Manowar's pretty big on the whole "stand strong with your friends" shtick. A good chunk of their songs are built on this concept alone, like "Call to Arms" and "Warriors of the World". Heck, the entire Warriors of the World album is essentially about the power of friendship in battle.

...and now I have a weird mental image of Nanoha "befriending" while Manowar plays in the background.

No such video at animemusicvideos.org... Who wants to create one?

When they see us, they will run for their lives

To the end, they will pay for their lies

So long did we wait,

Now we are home.

Here, once again, there's a battle to fight

We gather together for the sound and the might

So long did we wait,

Now we are home.

...

Fight for the Kingdom, bound for glory,

Armed with a heart of steel!

I swear by the sisters who stand before me

To no one shall I kneel!

Damn, that really does scream to be used in relation to the Sailor Moon step.

Oh, just to be a bit more evil... Remember up above I said I had two Manowar songs staged for DW-S? One was a power song, the other was "soundtrack"?

This is the power song.

I now issue the Call
Are you ready to fight? (YEAH!)
To fight all together as one for the right,
To be free once again
Tonight we will win.

I can see by the look you have in your eye
You came here for metal, to fight and to die,
Defenders of steel, now we are home!

Fight for the Kingdom, bound for glory,
Armed with a heart of steel!
I swear by the sisters who stand before me
To no one shall I kneel!
