And since the range is basically line-of-sight/line-of-voice, it's not too easy to abuse. I like this. Doug doesn't have anything quite like it in his repertoire yet. (It does remind me of an NPC we had -- Moonchild, whose only power really was massively heightened Charisma -- up into the 80s or more, as I recall. She could walk into a conflict situation and shut it down with a word.)
