Nice. I like it.

BTW, has anyone followed the URL from the end, http://www.eva-r.com/ ? It leads to a scarily impressive site for a very nice-looking Evangelion continuation fic.

Old fic is old. It's been around for a while and is one of the few fanfics that has had official Gainax attention brought upon it.

Also they got some of the English VAs to do the voice work for their radio-plays and wrote some nice music for it.

Too bad the fic itself is poorly written and in hard to follow script format.

Something like this, then?

Lost interest in Eva-R a little ways in.

Okay, here's one idea. Remember Shinji and Warhammer40k? Replace Shinji with Usagi Tsukino and WH40k with
Watchmen.

Pronounced "shy guy."

Technically, I think the webcomic VG Cats already made that armor for some of its scripts.

Befriending No.2?

In my random wanderings I came across what seems to be the sequal to the http://akibakko.net/170358]befriending picture from the last crossovers that should not be thread. And http://akibakko.net/155020]boy is it a dozy.

P.S. there's also http://akibakko.net/141522]this for Rob to consider due to LoGG. And http://akibakko.net/10604]this is also a scary thought.

At first I couldn't figure out why Shamal looked so odd... then I realized it's because part of that was actually Hayate.

... Yeah, that angel's in trouble.

In tangentially related matters, I just now put two and two together on some hair decorations - or at least, I don't think I've thought about it
before.

Vita has those rabbit things in her hair.

Misha from Pita-Ten also has rabbit things in her hair.

I'm sure I can think of a variety of things that shouldn't be out of this correspondence...

-Morgan. But hey, it gives me an excuse to pair up Vita and youngerShamal.

Quote: And this is also a scary thought.

At first I thought that Haruhi would be a very strange Gendo and then I realized that she'd be the head scientist... Mostly so she could keep altering the
plugsuits to torment a certain entertaining noise manufacturing, time traveler. Then I realized that this could basically be almost canon, if you had said
time traveler forced into a plugsuit for a costume party and had someone spike the punch. Then I realize that you could have all those different hair styled
ones from the intro episode be the largest part of the cast and the main one be the class rep.

You would probably have to skip random scenes (they don't battle an angel, but get the mission debriefing (complete with footage)), we have scene what
happens to continuity when she directs after all. You could even do it with several different series... provided that someone at the party had a relevant
costume and she'd at least heard of the series. Then just to mess with people, random classmates or random members of other classes are now cast members
of those shows/manga. Watching Kyon try to explain to the newbies why they should smile and nod and enjoy not being dead/puddles of LCL... and never bring
this up to Haruhri

or things will get weird again.

I'm pretty sure this has been mentioned (it's so obvious, I'd be surprised if it hadn't), but never http://images.wikia.com/uncyclopedia/im ... Popeye.png]with a picture before...

Um, Rob? I started one of the crossover threads with that idea... if not that link.

While I'm on the topic, nice pic... I linked to it over on the Tropes site to illustrate a Fusion idea.

In 1991, an American college student unknowingly recreated the universe. Now his closest friends -- an avatar of Chaos, an exiled Q, and two Trouble Consultants -- must keep the new reality stable by making sure he doesn't realize it was all his fault.

Unholy Alliance
#93
Not sure how to write this one, but the idea is just horrifying: The alliance of two of the top mind-frakkers in all of anime: Akio Ohtori and Gendo Ikari.

I mean, these two are *perfect* for each other, in a Hitler/Stalin sort of way -- an alliance of pure convenience, each knowing the other will betray them
whenever the alliance outlives its usefulness (and knowing that the other knows this, but confident *they* will be the one to betray first), between two men
who are both Grand Masters at finding or making perfectly flawed individuals perfectly suited for certain tasks, and steering them by manipulating the fault
lines in their personalities.

The hard question is, just what do these two have to offer each other, besides First Place in the "I can screw with people better than you can"
contest?

The fun question is, can/will the "pawns" from both series be able to team up and beat the self-styled chess-masters at their own game?

Merge Ashford academy and Othori academy. Lelouche and Akio... and vice principal Gendo. Though honestly the other two are amateurs compared to Lulu.

Oh... here's another one:

Lelouch doesn't get the mind-control Geas in Ep1 -- he gets the Death Note.

And, for extra credit, Light Yagami gets the Geas in exchange.
