The circumstances that get the characters out of their clothes are often contrived, and the authors'* grasp of Star Wars lore is not perfect, but they mean well, they're having fun, and the emotional center of the story is in the right place.
* Yes, authors, plural. There's a whole dA comm devoted to fleshing out developing the cast and story. The illustrations are obviously not safe for work, but only Captain86's contributions come close to meeting my definition of "obscene".
