So, this isn't exactly NEW fic, but as far as I can tell it's a new REC.
By the same authors as "Demon of Justice", which dumps Gundam Wing's Chang Wufei into the Oath of Swords 'verse, we have Bankai Wing.
Which is exactly what it sounds like: It's Gundam Wing. Soul Society exists, the whole thing with Aizen and Ichigo and such happened a few centuries ago, and Soul Society is at relative peace. Except that Hollows are starting to follow these Nummy Treats around the living world....
Their "Silesian Wing" story (crossing GW with Honor Harrington, starring Duo and Solo Maxwell as pirate hunters in the Silesian Confederacy) is also great.

Reunion in Fire follows (so far) the adventures of a human/zentraedi recon group scouting out stars in Sol's relative neighborhood, focusing on the opposite direction from where they think Tirol is while the REF is building up to prep for their own mission. They've gone a fairly long way out when they start picking up short, sharp flashes of fold readings from a quadruple-star system out in the middle of nowhere...

I like cyborg or power armor Science Fiction and Dartz first chapter
is an exciting read, but be warned it starts rather abruptly in a full
pitched battle and it will help if your familiar with Fenspace.

For some reason while reading Dartz first chapter I remembered the Battle Suits from "Northworld", not sure why exactly why.
It wasn't the power armor, Dartz story reads more as a Cyborg merged seamlessly with Battle armor than Drake's A.I. driven"Steal Soap Bubble" Battle Suits are very different than the intrusive almost "cyborgish" Battle Suit Dartz seems to be describing.

The Best Revenge and its sequel, Time of the Basilisk.
Harry Potter fic with a nice twist on one of the now-classic plots: Mentor!Snape. It starts with Snape noticing the address on Harry's Hogwarts letter and deciding to deliver it personally, and moves on from there. Much more Snape's story than Harry's, and lacks all the Evil!Dumbles, Super!Harry, Political!Harry, Various&Sundry!Bashing, etc, typical to so many HP fics these days. A bit over 300k words in all, and complete.

Heretical Edge, by Cerulean
An original web novel, depicting a young woman who finds herself drawn into a secret school for supernatural investigators.
There's an element of 'Harry Potter meets Worm' to it, so far, what with school antics, super-powered serial killers, dichotomy between those who were raised 'in the knowledge' and those who weren't, a classmate who may or may not be a villain... and a murdered professor.

Qualified Third rec. On one hand, it's an unrepentant, one-sided bash fic that has wizarding society, Malfoy, Ron, and (to a lesser extent) Dumbledore as the punching bags. On the other, it's undeniably funny, and the author has mastered the "voice" of each character in a way you usually don't see in fanfic. I find the character bashing is easily overlooked, and wizard society bashing is ignorable/amusing.
