DW II Chapter 3

Mr. Schroeck,
I apologize if this has already been mentioned, but I didn't see
it anywhere and thought you should know. In chapter 3,
there are several sets of quotation marks that appear as
though they should contain dialogue, but don't.
That said, keep up the good work.

My fault. I made some edits to chapter 3 about two weeks ago, and forgot to change "" to "". I'll have to fix that right away.
