Is anyone else having problems with Tokyo Toshokan or know anything about it? I've been getting a blank page for a couple of days.

I think the domain expired, it's not actually a blank page, it's just that nothing is displayed. Take a look at the source (right click and select view
page source or similar) that might tell you more.
