Specifically, http://www.cbc.ca/technology/story/2009 ... ioner.html]Facebook is in breach of Canadian privacy laws.

Interesting that they haven't made any statement about this yet, considering (a) it's been over a day, and (b) their business model depends on them being seen to protect their users' privacy...
