I wouldn't have considered myself a DC Comics nerd ... but I DID get it, once I saw the name "Scott."  (I never followed that series; I've just got one of those "lumber-room" memories that saves and retrieves all kinds of useless tidbits while forgetting plenty of important stuff....)

Source: Mickey Mouse display earns Canadian balloon twisting team 5 world awards (Canada took the bronze in the large sculpture category in balloon twisting at the World Balloon Convention.
