So, I got this thought in my head. What gifts that 'Danes wouldn't blink an eyelid at could be created by the Fen or Fen Tech?

Once again, I have the feeling I should know who she is supposed to be cosplaying as, but I don't... so I thought somebody here might know. The outfit is called "Sakurahime". It doesn't look like anything a particular CardCaptor, Hanagumi member, or Tomobiki school nurse would wear, so I'm at a loss. Who is she pretending to be?
