Architect Capabilities?

For those of you in the beta: is it possible to have enemies transform into (or be replaced by, in any case) different enemies? I have in mind a "Nemesis
hacks into the Architect computers" story (like that's going to be unique ) and wondered if it's possible to, say, have the Hellions you're
fighting suddenly derez and turn into Nemmie troopers...

However, you CAN have an enemy appear when you defeat another one.
