EXT. DECK OF THE 'THUNDER' SOMEWHERE IN THE GULF OF THAILAND - NIGHT
Five individuals in slate gray wet suits (Two women: Jessie 'Gale' Spencer-Whitaker and Hunter Wiley, and three men; RJ 'Hurricane' Spencer, Roy Brown, and Ed Leialoha) with sophisticated rebreathers are readying their equipment. All have dive masks fitted with advanced night vision monocles over them. They wrestle Swimmer Delivery Vehicles (SDVs) to the diver staging platform as the high-tech boat rocks in the swell.

BRU (V.O. CRACKLING OVER EARPIECES)
Still no signs of surveillance on passive or on the towed array.

HURRICANE
Understood brother.
(the big man looks at his team)
Let's get wet!

The team slips one at a time into the water. Hurricane first, then Ed, Gale, Roy and finally Hunter. All we can see as they disappear.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER - MOMENTS LATER
The team is pulled by their SDVs through the dark water. In the lead, Hurricane checks his map board and compass to make certain they stay on course. The team is no more than a meter above the bottom as they travel through the shallows to approach their island target.
Suddenly Hurricane halts as he senses something. Looking up he sees a shadow approaching and crosses his feet in particular pattern.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER -- ROY - NIGHT
Roy sees the LEDs flicker ahead of him and duplicates the pattern before grounding himself to the bottom.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER -- GALE -NIGHT
Gale does the same and we track on her POV as she turns her head to look up at the surface.

CUT TO:

EXT. SURFACE
BIRDS-EYE VIEW STRAIGHT DOWN ON THE WATER - NIGHT
A CB90 Assault Boat refitted as a civilian 'Security Patrol Boat' comes into view. It's about 18 meters long and has less than a meter draft as it moves across the surface of the bay. Its searchlights are on and playing across the water.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER -- GALE - NIGHT
Gale sees the lights playing on the water and then the hull of the ship passes by less than ten meters away. She grabs on to the coral of the reef she's above to keep from being blown away by the force of the ship's twin waterjet drive. This seems to last forever, but finally the boat clears past her.
Gale lets go and flicks her flippers in the all clear pattern before continuing forward.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER - NIGHT
Hurricane has stopped as the water is now less than two meters deep and is rapidly getting shallower ahead. He rises to the surface and scans the beach about 80 meters ahead.

CUT TO:

EXT. HURRICANE'S NIGHTVISION POV - NIGHT
He zooms in, and we see two armed individuals on the beach smoking.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER - NIGHT
Hurricane waits until the others are arriving then scribbles something on his diver's chalk board and illuminates it with a small red-lensed flashlight as Gale approaches. It reads, 'Gale 2 of them you're up'.
Gale nods and, leaving her SDV behind, swims off to the shallower water.

CUT TO:

EXT. SURFACE -- GALE - NIGHT
She carefully kneels in the meter deep water and unzips her weapon's bag and removes a rifle in a waterproof sleeve. Opening that, she fits a long suppressor to the end, clips a scope to the rail on the top, and slots in a magazine. Taking aim she takes a breath and releases half.

CUT TO:

EXT. GALE'S NIGHTSCOPE POV - NIGHT
Two figures are clearly visible in the heat from the cigarettes as weird green and black images. There is a shudder of the image, and one drops with the surprisingly quiet sound of a suppressed rifle with subsonic ammunition in the background. The second figure's head is clearly visible as it whips back and forth searching for the attacker. A second later they drop too, to the accompaniment of a second quiet gunshot.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER - NIGHT
Gale's hand with a flashlight blinking it three times.

CUT TO:

EXT. UNDERWATER -- HURRICANE - NIGHT
Hurricane spins his finger in a circle, and moves off screen. The others follow.

CUT TO:

EXT. SHALLOWS - NIGHT
As the rest of the team arrives, Gale is removing her rebreather, Buoyancy Control Device, and swim fins and securing them underwater to the reef. She takes her SDV that Hurricane has brought with him and secures that as well. All through these actions she has her rifle slung so that it will not get submerged.
As the rest of the team arrive they follow suit before they start heading ashore.

CUT TO:

EXT. BEACH/JUNGLE WOODLINE - MOMENTS LATER

HURRICANE
(whispering)
Ed, Gale. You have security. Roy, Hunter get those bodies hidden.
(he presses a switch on his radio pack)
Storm 6 to Bad Weather. You listening brother?

BRU (V.O. CRACKLING OVER EARPIECE)
Roger that, Storm 6.

HURRICANE
Evolution is proceeding clean. Status out there?

BRU (V.O. CRACKLING OVER EARPIECE)
Still all quiet. The CB90 has pulled away.

HURRICANE
Good to hear. We're moving out in 1 mike. Storm 6 out.

BRU (V.O. CRACKLING OVER EARPIECE)
Tally ho Storm. Bad Weather out.

Hurricane looks around and nods in satisfaction as the body team has returned.

HURRICANE
Okay. We do this by the numbers which includes all of us gettin' home safe. Gale, you and Ed get to your overwatch point. The rest of us, let's extradite a bad guy the hard way. Any questions?

ED
Yeah Hurricane, how do you keep your hair and mustache so glossy?

HURRICANE
(deadpan)
I bathe in the blood of my enemies.

Rest of team muffles laughter. Hurricane rolls his eyes then grins.

HURRICANE (CONT'D)
Ready? Let's get this idiot.

The team separates and moves out. Gale has re-slung her rifle and now has a huge pistol with a massive suppressor in her hands, it's a Mk 23. Ed has a suppressed M4A1 SOPMOD in his hands as they head into the jungle.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE - NIGHT
Gale is in the lead as she and Ed move along a path. They are both eerily quiet in their movements.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE -- GALE'S NIGHTVISION POV - MOMENTS LATER
There is a glare of light ahead as someone flicks a lighter.

BACK TO:

EXT. JUNGLE - NIGHT
Gale raises her left hand in the Stop Motion and Ed immediately freezes. Gale then points at him and motions right, off the trail. Ed flashes the 'Message Received' and fades into the undergrowth to start paralleling her track, while Gale holsters her pistol and draws a combat knife.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE -- A SENTRY POST - MOMENTS LATER
Two troops stand looking bored and making small talk in Thai. The one smoking, stubs out his cigarette and walks out of the shack with the camera following him. He goes to a tree and unbuttons his pants before relieving himself.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE -- GALE'S NIGHTVISION POV - CONTINUOUS
The troop is happily at his business as Gale stalks him. At the last moment he turns around and you see the look of surprise on his face.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE -- OUTSIDE A SENTRY POST - CONTINUOUS
Gale chops the troop in the throat, to silence him before he can finish drawing in a breath; then grabs him from the back of the head, spins him around easily and, bending his head forward so his chin is almost touching his chest, slits his throat. She holds him rigidly until he stops moving then lets the body fall to the ground.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE -- A SENTRY POST - MOMENTS LATER
The remaining troop looks up curiously at a small scraping sound. He goes to the door and as he passes through, Ed drops a garotte around his neck and begins to choke him to death.
Gale walks over from where she had been stashing the other corpse in the underbrush.

GALE
(whispering)
Are you finished yet?

ED
(whispering)
You're as bad as your father.

The troop's heels drum as he finally dies. Ed lets him slump to the ground before dragging the body away. When he returns, the pair move off into the shadows.

CUT TO:

EXT. JUNGLE - NIGHT
An antenna tower rises out of the trees. It is surrounded by a barb wire fence. From the woodline Gale and Ed sprint over to it and Gale begins cutting through the wire while Ed stands guard. When she's through, she heads to the tower and begins climbing.

CUT TO:

EXT. ANTENNA LADDER - MOMENTS LATER
Gale quickly ascends and stops at one of the crossbars holding a satellite dish. Using a carabiner, she snaps herself to the tower structure and places a small black box with a glowing blue light on a bundle of cables leading to the various antennas before duct taping it in place.
Once that is finished she finds a comfortable position and unslings her rifle.

GALE
(pressing switch on radio pack)
Storm 2 to Storm Team. Blackout set and we are ready to bring the pain.

She shoulders her rifle and sights in on a well-lit luxury mansion complex with faint sounds of music coming from it.

GALE (CONT'D)
(pressing switch again)
And it's looking like a party.

HURRICANE (V.O. CRACKLING OVER EARPIECE)
A party? Good thing we're in our party clothes. Storm 2 and 3, we are in position and entering now.

CUT TO:

EXT. GALE'S NIGHTSCOPE POV - CONTINUOUS
Through the scope we see Hurricane, Roy, and Hunter moving up on the compound. Taking out troops as they advance with knife and unarmed combat. Hurricane one-arm choke slams a guy onto a fence post, Hunter uses her cross bow to drop a man on the wall, Roy gets a guy from behind and stabs him twice in the kidneys among other things.

CUT TO:

EXT. ANTENNA - CONTINUOUS
Gale stiffens and seats her rifle firmly in her shoulder while flicking the safety off with an audible click.

CUT TO:

EXT. GALE'S NIGHTSCOPE POV - CONTINUOUS
As Gale continues to watch she sees a troop on the wall raising his rifle. She aims and fires.

CUT TO:

EXT. COMPOUND WALL - CONTINUOUS
The troop with the rifle is about to fire at Hurricane when his head explodes. His rifle falls to the ground in front of Hurricane. The big man looks up toward the antenna and gives a thumbs up.

CUT TO:

EXT. GALE'S NIGHTSCOPE POV - CONTINUOUS
Gale sees the thumbs up.

GALE (V.O.)
Watch yourself Pops...

The team continues its silent entry as Gale begins removing all the other sentries that she can see.
