So, turns out that last image there? Not a joke. It is, in fact, an actual "model letter" being distributed among teachers' groups in Florida as a response to the "Don't Say Gay" law, which is (of course) very vaguely written so as not to appear as deliberately homophobic/transphobic as it is intended to be. In a classic case of malicious compliance, the teachers are making a point of adhering to the exact wording of the law instead of embracing the implicit but unwritten exemption of heteronormative language as the Florida House expected them to.

Naturally, this is making the bigots freak out.
