I know that and you know that, but does she know that? Smile

Alice is a young-teenager who actually acts like a young-teenager (or tween). She might ask for one as a joke, she might not.

Something I've had for a while, but just realized somebody in San Francisco might wear it.

Something for Aria House, maybe: a Rooftop Terrace Lounge that isn't built with bricks.

Regular price $20.95, my price today (it's on sale, and I worked every discount I had available to me) 68 cents.

Might also make for a nice addition to Yomiko's building...

Of course we won't have the fireplace. Maybe one of them outdoor radiative heaters. Of course, if you could turn that fireplace into an elevator door...

Honestly I'm not sure if the elevator goes up to the roof, or just the inner stairwell in the IRL building. The roof is just unused space in reality, so probably just stairs? Of course our world is slightly fictional, so I could go either way.

I think I can find an elevator door to overlay on the fireplace, yes.

As for the buildings in Refuge not matching the buildings in the real world, we've already added an entire storey to Blossom Apartments. I'm not worried about that.
