I did not expect to feel like laughing today, but after hearing that the rapper Afroman won his defamation suit defense after getting making parody songs about the police raid that found no evidence of wrongdoing and left significant damages to his home, I had to see what all the fuss was about... and goddammit, it really is funny.

tl;dr: The facilities on Kharg Island might be essential for the shipment of iranian oil, but there's no way that they aren't defended. How many American lives are the US Armed Forces, specifically the Commander in Chief, willing to expend to take the island?

I think we're a good ways past "about to" and have moved on to "exacerbate," "compound," and "fail face-first into another."

And besides, the only lives (or probably, life, sinular) the clown in chief cares about is behind every possible safeguard and protection, there's no danger at all for anyone who matters as much as a rounding error on the catering budget.
