[META] If somebody's looking for something to write about...

I've tossed a couple of Fen Technology pages onto the FenWiki.

Ordinarily, I'd tag an article as short as the one for http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... Technology]Life Support Technology as a stub, but what else is there to say about this topic?

I did mark http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... Technology]Mining Technology as a stub, though.

Edit: And have another stub article: http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?title=Arisia_Station]Arisia Station OGJ's GHQ. I've also removed the links to many non-existent pages when only one article linked to each page, and the page wasn't obviously part of somebody's little corner of Fenspace. This removed 15% of the remaining "wanted" pages. If I erred in removing a link, please put the link back in and write the article it points to.

I see you added to the Fen Calendar, too... but you forgot the requisite external link.

You're welcome.

Maybe we should include blurbs about some of the more well known mining sites, as well as a list of minerals most sought-after by the Fen and their common uses. I think I could come up with a nice one on Uranium ore, how Roughriders use it in their Cool Cuke Reactors, and have a major mining facility on Mercury.

We just picked up another user "AssaSom," who seems to be a sockpuppet for the already registered user "AssaCom," who AFAICT is a spambot that attacks MediaWiki installations in order to boost Google pageranks. So I've blocked both AssaCom and AssaSom accounts, along with their IPs. If this causes problems for any legit user, sing out & I'll do what I can to fix it.

New page: http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... n_Fenspace]Famous Call-signs in Fenspace (linked to the Character Guide and Fenspace Communications, as a Related Page). I compiled this list by data-mining the FenWiki, so I've missed any call-signs that haven't been posted there.

I've also added a couple of minor bits of data to a couple of pages, a few redirect pages, and a couple of links to the Infobox Character template so that it's obvious what a couple of the lines refer to.

I think I've put enough bits and bobs into the http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... Foundation]Artemis Foundation page to take the stub tag off it.

(The last bit was adding the administrator's name - can anyone spot either or both of the references?)

That's one more off the list of stubs I promised to flesh out, thirteen to go...

Hey, I told folks months ago that their characters would get the same treatment as http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?title=Dee]Dee if they left the pages blank...

Sorry Rob. Life just moves so damn fast out here in Seventh Fleet.

So far, in the last three months I've...

...got engaged to a cute local girl

...been awarded a Navy Achievement Medal

...got a new HAZMAT Program off the ground

...participated in three Gunnery Exercises

...got frocked as a Third Class Petty-Officer

...and I've begun working on my Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist qualification.

Somehow I'm still finding time to write here and there while trying to keep up with things here on the boards.

Yeah. Busybusybusybusybusybusybusy...

I never said you didn't have a reason not to add to the FenWiki.

(I just don't link blank pages, is all...)

Hokay, unhooked from Sketchup long enough to add entries on Jupiter Mining Corporation, Starbug 2 and Blue Midget. All the data was taken from JFerio's original draft JMC post, and it's all stubbed until he gets around to posting a "final" revision of all of it.

I'll see about knocking those up this week, with the additional data for Green Planetoidy, and posting it for final approval.

They're your characters and toys, and you've got a pretty good handle on Fenspace now. Don't wait for approval - just post 'em.

Had some time to trawl the archives this week... so http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... at_Justice]...]With Liberty and Great Justice... is now complete on the FenWiki. (Except for needing a few category tags, that is.)

Rob's updated the http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... Millennium]Crystal Millennium page with some of my half thought out notes from a couple of years ago. Given that, does anyone mind if I pull the 'Senshi Council' from the infobar? I would have done so earlier but suspected someone had another reason for A.C. to be uncomfortable with the Senshi?

Back to the updates: I've just done the quarterly tidying of the http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?title=Glossary]Glossary... and this time I added a slew of crosslinks as well.

I just calved http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?title=Terraforming]Terraforming off to its own page, moved the consolidated timeline from the MTP page to that page, and put planet-specific timelines on the http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... ng_Project]MTP and http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... ng_Project]VTP pages (thus actually putting some content on the VTP page).

Since Mal's writing about them, I've stubbed all http://www.fenspace.net/index.php5?titl ... ions_in_L5]the L5 Stations that didn't already have writeups.

(I call dibs on fleshing out Beta. I assume JFerio wants Green Planetoidy. The rest of the stubs are up for grabs...)
