It's probably from TV Tropes, the whole idea of a sequel being "Electric Boogaloo".
As a frequent aloha shirt wearer, I'm starting to worry if I'm going to have to change my wardrobe because of these goons. Admittedly, it looks different without the guns, but please, think of the Parrotheads!
