How do key Black swing-state voters view Kamala Harris? It's complicated
One point made in the article is a good one, IMHO: simply being not-white isn't enough to get the "black" vote, because there is no monolithic "black" vote. A platform that doesn't address issues isn't Y2K-voter compliant.
