The webcomic Living with Hipster Girl and Gamer Girl once showed an alternate take on Peach's many kidnappings. The comic's minor character Clara, a Straw Feminist, somehow appeared within the game and saw Bowser carrying Peach off. Clara growled that "of course," the princess gets kidnapped because of the sexist concept that a woman is "helpless and weak..."
Bowser replied that No, he's kidnapping the princess "because she is an important political leader, in charge of a prosperous kingdom" and taking her "will destabilize the region..." He added, "Ahh, and keeping calm and not doing anything reckless in a hostage situation is not weakness, is common sense..."
WARNING to anyone thinking of checking this webcomic out: The title characters (and several other women shown) have very shapely figures and typically dress in a Stripperific style that shows their bodies off; lots of cleavage both fore and aft. This often makes quite funny scenes visually NSFW.
