Any central ship from a show or movie, on general "play-nice-with-trademarks" grounds -- so no Serenity, no Galactica and so on.
Obscure ones are probably okay -- for instance, the various flagships on Buck Rogers in the Twenty-Fifth Century -- but basically, anything that would prompt a whine along the lines of "Why do you get to be X?" from other members of the faction should automatically go in the hopper.
The big question is how does the registry enforce this? There's always going to be some obnox who figures the rules don't apply to him. How is he ... ahem... encouraged to conform to community standards?
