Mmm. I wouldn't mind something of Misao... for an image, take Rei Ayanami, set her under Mitarashi Anko for a couple of years of ninja training, and stand

For clothes... think leather jeans and boots, sleeveless Bleach captain's jacket (inverted colors, black coat with white diamonds and trim) over a mesh
top... something like that. Colors dark blue, black, sky blue.
