Yeah. Each egg hatches several "Cobra Hatchlings" which give boss level EXP, in addition to all the Elder such-and-such you find on your way into the
hatchery chamber.
The trick, beyond not aggroing Stheno herself, is apparently managing how many eggs hatch at once. We survived at least one accidental aggroing of three eggs
at once(which had to be at least thirty hatchlings, easy, probably more) by the skin of our teeth, and that was with a Poison MM doing nothing but healing, a
Granite Brute, and a PermaDom.
It's not remotely as easy as the BP farm over on blueside, or even the present Redside farm over in Grandville that we've been doing. However, it is
easier to access, being all the way back in Mercy and not, to quote Valles, "fucking Grandville".
And to answer Ankh's question, yeah, this is late tier from Operative Grillo. Stheno's trueborns are severely nasty compared to your average snakes,
but handleable. It's the sheer numbers that require management.
