She what the what?

She used the remote-entry fob to unlock the car's trunk. It beeps when one does that, ergo "beep the trunk". In the Maritimes, you're more likely to hear "pop the trunk" for the same action.

Ottawa-Gatineau area spelling is "tabernac". It used to be a very strong curse word here - you're essentially taking the entire Catholic Church in vain, in a culture that has a history of being strongly Catholic. As the influence of the Church has waned over recent decades, the severity of the cursing has also waned.
