Two hours ago, Regina Langely had sent Jessica Ayanami to retrieve her wayward lover. Even though Jessica's appearance had set Gina on edge at first (which was not help by the cognitive disconnect of a happy and well adjusted vision of Rei) she had learned to trust Jess to Get Things Done. So naturally, at the end of those two hours, Gina was so curious to see what had Jess so distracted that with 101 bodies at her disposal she still had not gotten Ben down.
Gina walked into The Park for the second time that day and stoped dead in her tracks.
On one side of the park, a group of Jesses gripped super soakers grimly while hovering in midair. Oddly, they all wore the EVA thruster packs pilots and maintenance tech used out in the vacuum, but no protective suits.
On the opposite side, Benjamin, at the head of another group of Jesses, all similarly armed and clad, floated.
"OKAY DRAGON ARMY!" cried out Ben in the voice he used to lead his Roughriders. "WHICH WAY IS THE ENEMY'S GATE?"
"THE ENEMY'S GATE IS DOWN!" came the united response.
Gina slapped a hand over her forehead, cursing in German as she about-faced and left The Park.
