Update Thread 41: Not quite the answer to life, the universe, and everything

Well, A Thing of Vikings may be on hiatus, but while he builds up his buffer, its eponymous author is also working on his HTTYD urban fantasy AU, How To Change A Destiny, and while I wasn't looking, he posted not one, but two chapters of its second act, How To Tempt A Change Of Fate!

After meeting her mysterious stranger with magic powers and avoiding getting into a fight with him, Astrid has to take the next step: getting this man and his talking cat acclimated to the modern world. Hiccup and Toothless, for their parts, are as headstrong as ever; sure, caution is a good idea, but so is making potential friends who they don't have to hide from!
