I am reminded of a doujin where Accelerator guided Last Order's electrical discharges while the two of them gave their foster mother a shoulder rub. (She enjoyed it.)
So, yeah, definitely have "Iyo Misaka" work on fine control, and have her be a walking TENS device. Which puts her in rehab instead of GP.
