I don't know if I can or not. I can't even *find* where that's supposed to go. o.O
It does however look like, thanks to the dubious miracle of CSS, that different banners for different themes should be possible. So, since I'm nostalgic about weird things, we could keep that banner on themes it doesn't look totally wrong on, and do something else on others.
Edit: Okay, I found where it goes. I'll look into that other part now. (Well, probably later. '.' )

I haven't touched it, or at least I don't think I have. Bob, you have any ideas?
Also, for my own part I've noticed that the borders on certain tables appear and disappear for no apparent reason. Anyone else run into this? (I didn't think I'd done anything to them either. o.O )
