Um, well, we really haven't been insisting on the uniform for a year or more, best as I can figure. Ought to have it, yes. Get kicked if you don't? No.

As for the specific costume... given those conditions, yes, as far as I'm concerned it works. After all, Beach Baby uses an abbreviated wetsuit for her
"team uniform".
