Scientists will tell you why something works.

Engineers will tell you how to make it work.

Designers will give you a working, 1/10 scale model.

Test Pilots will tell you everything that's wrong with the previous three.

Management will tell you that while it's nice, they want it in puce instead of beige.

We have a good one at our work:

The scientist says I need more money to get results.

The engineer says I need more money to design what he needs to get the results.

The technician says I need more money to build was has been designed.

The support staffer says I don't get paid enough money for this.

Now if they throw Chell into the mix, then things will become trully that much more awesome.

I thought they hinted at it

No, the only comment that G made was that Chell's not a scientist, or even a full time employee at Aperture Science. Personally, I think she's someone with bad luck at signing up for clinical trials Smile

GLaDOS: I am quite disappointed in her. She cannot even follow simple instructions to help create a lovely cake.

When the Combine decided to take over the world!
I've alway thought that Chell was family member of a Aperture labs staffer and they tried to use the Aperture facilities like a Vault. GlaDOS in a fit of rampancy, has been killing them off, one by one. Chell's the only one left, at this location.

It's only a fragment, but there's a portion/preview of S3M6 Christmas in Sendai up on the EPU Forums. The Grave Feminine Conspiracy soldiers on.

A little Warriors Legacy side story.

Quote:Osaka by night is... well, it's like Osaka by day, really, except with more neon, but somehow it seems like everything's turned up to 11. The food smells seem stronger, the noises louder. Everything's amped. Or maybe that was just because I spent the entire time in a constant fight-or-flight polling loop.

This, this right here, is why I am a devotee of Eyrie Productions works.

Well, it's nice to see that Gryphon is following in Marvel's footsteps by putting Wolverine in every damned story. Aside from that, it's pretty entertaining.

I believe Gryphon once said that he intends the series to have an appearance of somebody from every official Street Fighter crossover, or something like that. Marvel vs. Capcom exists, so a Marvel character appears.

Although having it be Wolverine and not anybody else could be an example of that...

Some people have Worm SIs with phenomenal cosmic power.
My Worm SI is Emma and Madison's therapist.

.....I'm not the only one here that wants to see some of the DOA cast show up in Warrior's Legacy, if only because that series has so little plot, Gryph has carte-blanche to write up their personalities from near-scratch?

Heh, he's not yet put Wolverine into everything only into the two where he fit's best. Start worrying when you see G putting Wolverine & Deadpool into everything. And ya the DOA cast so fit into WL adds in some proper 'current day' ninjas, 'cause you do know that in adding DOA to the mix means Gryph's gained a Spartan, a one Nicole-458. Slipspace accident indeed.
