Fun idea: have an aside near the end of ACJ, where that apartment manager is remarking about Doctor Doofenschmirtz: "HOW THE HELL DID WE MISS THIS GUY!? HE'S AS OBVIOUS AS A WEASEL ON ACID!!!"
